Monster Jam: Big trucks, big action

If you like big trucks there will plenty of roaring action this weekend at State Farm Arena as Monster Jam North America 2012 holds five action-packed shows over three days.
Monster Jam will feature some of the baddest, meanest, bone-crushing machines in the country, including the menacing Grave Digger, Tasmanian Devil, Triple XXX, Bad News Travels Fast, the Michigan Ice Monster and Ground Pounder.
These are the biggest performers on four wheels, some of them 12-feet tall and weighing 10,000 pounds. These monster machines will bring audience members to the edge of their seats, racing and ripping up a customer-designed track full of obstacles to soar over, or smash through.
Some of the biggest names in the sport will be part of the show, straight from their TV show on Speed and their popular toy line from Mattel.
The first show is Friday, Jan. 20 at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday feature two shows each day at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
