Candidates for Mayor, Bob Pinkerton (incumbent) and Kirk Mills, and Alderman candidates for Place 1 - JoAnn Evans (incumbent) and Mary Phillip and Place 4 – Phillip Money (incumbent) and Rick Ridolfi will answer questions posed by a panel.

APRIL 5: 2nd Annual Bahia Grande Limpienato Parade & Coastal Cleanup, “Recycle, Reuse and Reduce” is the parade theme and entries will assemble at the Boys & Girls Club 190 Port Road in Port Isabel at 9:00am. The parade starts at 9:45 am and will travel along Hwy 100 ending about 10:30 am at Boulah Lee Park next to the Port Isabel Public Library. The public is invited to volunteer for the Bahia Grande Coastal Cleanup and can register beginning at 10:30 am at the Boulah Lee Park gazebo. Nov. 17-18: Laguna Madre Yacht Club race starts at 10:30 a.m. with a captain’s meeting. Saturday will be a short offshore race starting near Dolphin Cove, rounding the Sea Buoy, and back.
